Register your interest
We may not always have an active opening for every role type, but we welcome expressions of interest from people whose experience and values are a strong match.
How to apply
Send a brief cover note and your CV to [email protected] with the subject line:
Careers — [role type] — Expression of interest
Replace [role type] with the category that best describes your background — for example: "Collections & Recovery", "Client Relationships", "Legal & Compliance", "Operations", or "Engineering & Product". If you are not sure, just say so in your note.
What to include
- A brief cover note (a few paragraphs is enough) explaining your background and why Merion interests you
- Your CV or LinkedIn profile
- Any relevant licences or certifications (e.g. mercantile agent's licence, AICM membership)
- Your location and whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work
What happens next
We review every expression of interest. If your background matches something we are working on or expect to need, a member of the team will reach out for an initial conversation. We keep expressions of interest on file and will contact you if a relevant opportunity arises — even if there is no immediate opening.
If we are not in a position to progress your application, we will let you know.
Questions before applying
If you have questions about a specific role type or the hiring process, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Careers enquiry". See also our How We Hire page.
